Version
Used to specify the department to which the issue is related, so the label for this field is changed to Dept. This department is normally the department that should resolve the issue.
Environment
Used to specify the member type of the person reporting the issue, so the label for this field is changed to Mem Type.
Resolution area
Version
Used to specify the department which resolved the issue, so the label for this field is changed to Dept. This department is normally the department that should resolve the issue.
Dev Status
Used to specify the current status of the issue, so the label for this field is changed to Followup.
Release Notes
Used to maintain notes on the issue resolution, so the label for this field is changed to Notes.
